We got into a car accident
On Monday, we got into a car accident. We were all thankfully, ok. It was my first time being in an actual accident, and obviously, Rhett's first time as well! He barely even seemed to notice. He just continued to happily babble in the backseat until we got him out and then he had a lot of fun looking around at police officers and the tow trucks. We feel very blessed to have gotten though it so safely, and as it turns out, we don't even need to replace our car. It is in the repair shop right now, and we are lucky enough to have family in the area that can help us out with getting around while it's in the shop. God is good!

Seeing the condition of the car like that, the impact of the accident must’ve been quite severe. Thank goodness you’re all fine. Anyway, did you hit another car or something? I hope you got insurance claims for your car so that you’ll not shoulder the entire payment for the necessary repairs. Take good care always! ->Nannie Leick
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that you are fine. Your car's a wreck, but that's way better than you and your family suffering from serious injuries. Plus, at least you won't have to deal with the hassle of buying a new car. Be more careful next time!

Your car is so totaled! It's hard to see your investment get ruined by a reckless driver or an unwanted situation, right? On a positive note, I'm glad no one was badly hurt. You guys might be shaken or traumatized, but I hope you've managed to cope with it. Hope this car is already fixed. :)
